Designed for durability, the load-bearing frame features Ø 40 × 1.5 mm round steel tubes, while the parking elements are crafted from Ø 25 × 1.5 mm steel. This 190 × 42 × 36 cm structure ensures an orderly footprint for 5 bicycles, combining Italian aesthetic with structural integrity
The rack is anchored by robust side supports in Ø 60 × 2 mm galvanized steel. Each support features a decorative cast sphere and integrated base plates for secure flush-to-ground anchoring, making it ideal for high-end architectural projects and heritage sites.
Our multi-stage finishing includes steam degreasing, electrostatic powder coating, and 180–200°C oven polymerization. This non-toxic, eco-friendly process creates a high-resistance barrier against extreme weather.
